This project was launched to support a period of headcount growth and included: brand creation, social media marketing, content marketing as well as the design and build of English and German websites. Supporting video and brochures, flyers, social media ads etc were also produced.

This “Sunday Times Best 100 Company” saw an increase in search engine traffic, increased engagement and applications through social media and was shortlisted in an industry award for the work, losing to a high street brand.

The work also involved the sponsorship and brand management at Colchester Rugby Club and the Essex Rebels basketball team.

All work was conducted as a full-time employee.
