Specflue commissioned an agency to create a course booking website. After the work was completed, I was asked to improve the design, usability and to make the website responsive. As part of the project, I also set up live-chat for instant customer reactions.
This work was carried out as an employee of Specflue.
The website templates were modified to be fully responsive, shifting layouts for PC, tablet and mobile devices.
Live chat was added to allow instant contact between website visitors and the customer service department.
